Rob was a great tech. He was able to get spots up from the stairs and the stairs look so nice now as does the rest of the rooms he cleaned. He was delayed but he called to inform me of such and he still came and did the work. Very happyy with Zerorez.

My carpet was filthy. Water stains pet stains paw prints dirt. I thought it was a gonner.
Alan came and did spot treatment and cleaned it. I am beyond satisfied.

I was first impressed with the availability of getting my carpets scheduled for cleaning quickly. I was also happy to have advance notice of arrival. The cleaners were prompt, polite and fast. When I had occasion to have a deep stain issue, they were able to offer solutions and I'm happy the application worked well.

I am exxtremely pleased with the results of carpet cleaning done by Zerorez. We had several areas of pet stains and I was concerned if they could be removed. Zerorez did wonders. No evidence of stains remain. Our service provider was wonderful, respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I will definately use this company again. They are great!
