You do have a problem with setting up appointments on-line and having it communicated to your local office. We had set-up a second appointment for our upstairs and did that on-line also, but the office could not find it Thought you would want to know.

Bradley was so thorough in explaining what he was going to be doing in our home to get our carpets cleaned. He recommended pre treatment since our dogs had stained them with urine. Glad we took his recommendation because we can’t see the stains anymore. Bradley also explained how the water used is alkaline that he brought in his truck. I like that it didn’t leave our carpets super “crunchy”. Everything smells fresh and clean now.
