Jahiem, the Technician, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about carpet and furniture cleaning. He explained what he was going to do, answered our questions and immediately started preparing his equipment. He did an excellent and thorough job. Our carpets look great. The recliner that the Technician cleaned also looks and smells great. We are very satisfied with his work. In addition, our interactions with other Zererez staff scheduling the service have been great. We will definitely refer our family and friends to Zererez and call them for future cleaning.
