We've used Zerorez several times, and everyone we've dealt with from the company, by phone or in person, has been helpful, polite, and informative. Our carpets and rugs have turned out beautifully, even those with pet accident stains and ground in dirt and tiny debris from weeks of workers walking over them during storm repair work. The prices seem very reasonable, and we like the company's philosophy.

Everyone has been very accommodating and recommends what to do and with no pressure to upgrade. They do what they and the carpet dries faster than normal “carpet cleaning “.
