The carpet looks good and dried quickly. There was a problem with a equipment malfunction with the nozzle and technician had to go back to the shop and pick-up replacement and come back. This made appointment run longer than I had anticipated, but after he returned he worked hard and it was just over an hour and he was done.

The technician was on time, extremely helpful and explained all and why he was doing things. As a matter of fact, he re-counted the number of rooms to be cleaned and noted that there was an overcount from the earlier phone interview setting up the appointment which resulted in a savings of over $100 !!
