Great system if you keep up with the maintenance
I have liked the service in the past for many years. However, this last delivery person didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door. So I missed him and had to ask a neighbor to carry the salt to the basement and fill the salt tank. The reason I have delivery service is for the service they generally provide. The salt was left next to the garage. There is a note on file that if I'm not going to be home I leave a dolly by the garage so they can put the salt on it.

Courteous and efficient service. Minimal calcium carbonate and phosphates deposits, and "soft" water for bathing and washing clothes. Good value for money, We appreciate Warren carrying 40 lb salt bags to our cellar to the deionizer.
