Reverse osmosis to filter our water.
1. Culligan representatives respond to my phone calls. The robot is easy to understand and does not try to be another human being, but instead switches me to a real person.
2. All of the Culligan employees I have met, starting with the salesperson, Scott Fisher, were polite, courteous and knew what they were doing.
3. Culligan's people came on time when they said they would. The men installed and tested the water softener components and RO under-the-sink unit which works perfectly. There was one small glitch where it seemed to run continuously which, after I called Culligan, was fixed.
4. Scott Fisher came one week after the units were installed as he said he would.
Everything! Products, customer service and delivery dependability!

I’m very grateful to Culligan of Annapolis for their prompt and professional service. After a summer maintenance visit, our home’s water usage suddenly tripled — it turned out the previous technician had forgotten to add salt to the basement unit.
I reported the issue, and the company quickly sent another technician who was courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed everything without charging me again. Thank you for standing by your service and for having such professional and kind technicians!

Like the reverse osmosis for great drinking water, and love the water softener to keep the sinks & tubs cleaner, and the shower water soft.
I especially like that your delivery is prompt and on the scheduled day. I enjoy having Culligan water available for my coffee and to drink. I also use it for cooking.

So far we’ve had no issues with the product and we like that we’re notified or called before we get our salt delivered
