How professional as well as friendly the DeKalb Culligan staff is. I love that I can communicate directly with them and customize my deliveries to suit my schedule.
Our delivery person is always personable and friendly. He takes our salt bags to the softener which is very helpful to a 76 year old person and always checks the softener settings to insure it operates correctly. Same holds true when we call to have the reverse osmosis filters changed. They are prompt and very polite. Everyone involved in the process deserves a 10
Service techs are very professional.
The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I'm never hesitant to call and know a kind voice will be ready to answer any questions. The quality and taste of the drinking water can always be counted on. More recently we had a new water softener installed and were very impressed by the young technician's knowledge and so willing to chat and explain things. I don't know if all Culligan offices are as wonderful as Crystal Lake, but we consider ourselves lucky to have such a reliable business near by.
They deliver on time and always place my salt bags where they are good for me to pick up.

Culligan Water should I say, it tastes better. About the services, it’s very convenient because there is a scheduled delivery on certain period that I can check on lindol and figure out whether I need delivery and if I don’t need then I just send a text message or make a call to skip the delivery.
