Of course I wish the rental on my machine was less. But, I like that you calculate what salt I need keep it in running order and you carry the salt to the basement put it in container and check out the mechanics to make sure it is running as it should.

Customer service. My driver is absolutely amazing. I’m 77 and can’t lift heavy items. He rings my doorbell and brings all my water in and puts it away. He also makes sure I don’t need my water cooler changed before he leaves. He goes above and beyond. Thank you for hiring such good people.

When I get an email saying that my water is coming on a certain date I really get it you don't have to keep changing the date on when my water is coming or keep emailing me saying how sorry you is why I'm not getting my water on the date that I suppose to get it, This were happened over and over with this other company. Culligan's service and customer care far exceeds the experiences I've had in the past with water services. I forgot to skip my service and when the driver arrived, the customer service rep called me to make sure that I didn't need to put out any empty bottles. I explained everything and the driver politely waited until the rep contacted him to let him know that he could leave and that the service was being skipped. I was very impressed by that level of care and professionalism.
Jermaine was able to fix my RO problem in 1 visit.
