We rent your water softener, and have gotten very good customer service. The salt delivery and installation is quick and efficient. When our water softener stopped working, a replacement was quickly delivered and installed.
The customer service is amazing. I was in the hospital for six weeks and was low on water and several weeks from the next delivery. I called and they were able to get me on the schedule for the next day.

We have been living in this house for 7 years, we had no idea how to deal with well water.
we installed a softener we bought from Menards but still getting stains and rotten egg smell.
After washing our clothes was leaving a weird smell (Water often contains specific contaminants or impurities that can leave fabrics looking, feeling, and smelling “off,” no matter the brand detergent or how long the washing cycle is) my softener needed to be replaced we were going to buy one in the store like in the past but my wife remembered seeing a Culligan softener at a customer's house in which also had well water but the water was coming out clean and no smell.
we called Culligan and the sales rep Gary explained to us how we would benefit from a model they have to specifically take care of the smell and yellow stains.
We got the Aquasential HE 10” 45 Softener Cleer Plus Water Softener.
Immediately after it being installed, we noticed the huge difference in the cold water.
No more smells, clothes come out cleaner and smells like good neutral (in our case we use Vinegar instead of Fabric Softener because we have lots of organic cotton clothes. Stains are gone. we also had an RO installed (not from Culligan) but we did not trust the water because of the issues we had with old softener but now we are using the water from the RO for cooking and drinking because we now trust that we are getting quality water now that we have that new Aquasential water softener! many thanks to Gary for explaining the process and being honest.
Wife extremely happy with the new softener and you know the saying:
