I was disappointed because when I made the appt it was to have a new softener installed… the one I have is probably 20+ yrs old and it’s not working properly and I have expressed that multiple times. This is probably my 3rd or 4th appt I tried for schedule a new softener to be installed and the service technicians show up just to test my water and know nothing about a new softener. The calcium and lime build up is really bad and it’s worse at my house due to the old softener.
I called and was advised that Karen and Nelson would be informed about everything but I never heard anything back.
I tried to resolve this so many times and nothing has been done, but yet my rate was just increased!??
I’m no longer paying for your bad products and am cancelling my account.
Please make sure this is done asap!

I have used Culligan and delivery service since my newborn was born 22 years ago. Love the convenience of always having hot and cold water and renting the machine. If I ever have an issue they are on it.
