Our 6-year old “builder’s model” water softener failed to keep out the Calcium from our faucets, and we had a $1,800 plumbing bill as a result.
I was getting ready to buy a new Water Softener from Snyder, who does our Plumbing.
Before I pulled the trigger on that, I decided to have our Water Softener serviced and see what your Technician had to say.
You sent out Trent, who must be one of your best technicians in the company. He tested our Water Softener and said it was working perfectly. He helped figure out that the calcium problem was our fault – we had let the salt run out a few times.
Trent helped me make decisions about getting a prefilter, and he guided me as to which one we should get.
Our garage is small and crowded, but with a great attitude he moved a heavy file cabinet and some other things to plumb in the new pre-filter.
He gave us clear instructions on how often we should check the salt level, and how often we should have the softener serviced.
Now, I am a happy Culligan customer.
I recommend Trent without reservations.
Oh, and he also fixed my jammed, pencil sharpener!
