I rent my R/O machine for my drinking and cooking water because when I had my well water tested after purchased my home I was told by the State that my well water had excessively high salt, natural fluoride & several other minerals that were not good over time for even healthy people and I needed it to be filtered OUT because I had stage 2 kidney disease. In addition, there was an excess of a bacteria called Coli-form, caused when well water is high in sulphur content (if I remember correctly). The sulphur causes a rotten egg or sewer smell when you turn on the water. So I purchased a Home Water Aerating unit to treat the sulphur problem from the then Aqua Systems in Laurel, chose not to rent it since was told the Unit would only need to be serviced every 10 years and would last 20 or more 🤣😂😆. Aqua Systems sold to Culligan quite some time ago and they have been great. Servicing both my R/O Rental with service contract and adding service calls for the Home sulphur monitoring system
, which is now 10 years old and hasn’t been doing its job very well for the last 4 - 5 years even though Culligan Water has been doing periodic service calls for a reasonable fee over the last few years. Guess I will have to check into Renting a new Home Aerating Sulpher unit w/a maintenance contract with Culligan to get a working Home Sulpher monitoring system again.
That was a very good product only one thing is the water after filter have no minerals. The service is nice and easy the prices is reasonable.
You deliver the salt, put it in the salt container and take the empty bags out with them. The deliver person is very nice and helpful.
I had a leak in my system this morning and I called and Julie was very helpful. They were shorthanded on service people today and she actually got someone to come out and within 2 1/2 hours she had that problem fixed for me. Excellent service appreciate that.

The main thing we like about Culligan's services is our delivery driver. He always goes above and beyond to help us out. There have been times when we suddenly started using more water and was close to running out before our next delivery and he would be there in a day or two to get us more water. This is only one of many times he went out of his way to help us out. The prices are great for a delivery service as well and the water tastes good.
Jimmy is great. Always helpful and friendly. Water is wonderful too.

Our serviceman, jason was awesome. He did the work of at least 2 to other people. He really worked very hard. He had quite a heavy of heavy. I don't know what you would call it the unit that the whole house water filter goes through the tube with all the stones in the sand and all that stuff in it. He had quite a job getting it upstairs, but he did it. He was a quite a worker. He also did a little extra stuff for us. He removed the, the, we both reverse us, most of the system under our kitchen sink. He was quick, he was efficient and very pleasant to work with.
