Service tech Fabian has serviced our Culligan system numerous times and always does a great job. He often goes the extra mile by hauling the salt around the back of our home and cleaning the whole area around our system, including cleaning the outside of the tanks!

Jordan arrived around 7:45 and went right to work and did a wonderful job. As he worked, Jordan explained how the new Culligan system works vs my old system which I installed 30 years ago. The difference is night and day. The water tastes great and I know that Cullen is here to service my new unit if I have a problem or change the filters when it is time. Excellent unit. Very happy with the new unit and the service.

He took them down the basement, filled my Softner, recycled the bags and brought additional bags out to my car that I need to take to lake. He was professional, kind, hard working and so patient.
