I used to own my water softener but after having a bad plumber work on it and ruin it I decided to go with Culligan rental program.
Any minor service issues I have had they were quick to respond and resolve them. For the price and peace of mind as well as the cost it has been the right decision.

I like that our water is delivered right to the door and I do not have to lug the big jugs of water from the grocery store.
We had some difficulty in the beginning with equipment problems. Once resolved those issues we eliminated all the hard water issues we were having. Our water is nicely softened now. If you live in an area where the water is hard I highly recommend Culligan as a solution.

i like good tasting water. water is always soft and quick service if something is not working properly.
Especially like our RO water faucet which was installed and the health benefits the family is receiving. The delivery of the salt supply and filling water softner for us is a definite plus . Gone are the days of going out to purchase and lifting those many bags of salt. Great convenience!
It's nice that we don't even have to think about our softened water but we appreciate it. The delivery guy is super nice and I can just leave a note on my door so he can still deliver the salt if I leave to run an errand. Very trustworthy. If it doesn't look like we need salt we can skip it until their next cycle. And we don't have to store bags of salt at our house.

Chris Dobbo did a great job. Friendly, quick and efficient.
Super, (entire home) clean, clear & soft water going on 2 years. Salt delivery is always on schedule with advance notifications to change delivery date.
I delivery person is very pleasant, upbeat, and always respectful. He comes when he said he will be here and is able to take care of everything without my direction since I’m in bedbound.
Culligan has always been there when we have had issues. We use their water softener, iron filtration system and their drinking water system.
