I love how different my water case now, and I feel like the city is no longer pointing to me. And I think the world of dalton who came out and fix my little box and are my think super nice guy and I really enjoy working with him.
Brendan came out and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with troubleshooting our issues. It was a hot day and he never let that affect his positive attitude and kind approach. Brendan was a great teacher as we got our app connected to the softener and extremely patient with our wifi issues. Hope we get Brendan every time we have a service call. He is the best!

I recently asked if we could get smaller, more manageable jugs delivered and was quickly accommodated. We now receive 5 3-gallon jugs instead of 3 5-gallon jugs -- much easier to lift, now that we are getting older!. We also appreciate the reliable delivery.
