I love that I don't have to worry about keeping enough salt in the tank. The technician who comes regularly (Chris) is friendly and carries the heavy bags to the basement. I also love how the water feels annd am so thrilled drinking water that I know is clean and free of contaminates.

We purchased the new system. Our old one was 35 years old, and Culligan told us we wouldn't believe the difference with the new system. We used up to 6 bags of red-out salt per delivery. We have hard water and used so many chemicals in toilets, etc...Now we use about 2 bags of regular salt, cutting our monthly cost by 65%.
We see a noticeable improvement in our water; we don't have to purchase hard water shampoo, saving money on hair products. Cleaning our shower and tub takes half the time now too. We don't even have the reverse osmosis system, but our water is plenty drinkable until we purchase that.

I like that I get two phone call reminders. One the day before my delivery day and one the day of when the delivery person is 10 minutes away. I also like that all the bags are carried to my basement and dumped in the softener. What a great company!
Have different kinds of water stations filling on top and I change to bottom don’t have to lift up just slide in
