Justin did excellent work on our UV filter and RO install. He was working with pretty limited space in the little utility closet under our stairs, and he went out of his way to install the system in a way that would still maximize the space and allow us to still have a usable area. He could have just done it an easier/lazier way, but he was really mindful of what he’d prefer if he was the homeowner, so he spent his whole install crouched under a small space installing our system as out of the way as possible. We really appreciated it as this is our new home and we were happy to have someone who was cognizant of our needs as homeowners. He was kind and easy to have in our space, and was gracious about our dog’s incessant barking (sorry again!). Excellent, trustworthy service. Thank you.

We are new to Culligan. We just moved into a new home and the system was already here. So far the customer service is excellent and the technician Fabian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Now that we seem to have fixed the problem I will see how the water runs and tastes.

First of all, Culligan came into this with a highly recognized name. That was a positive in the decision making process but it also brought pretty high expectations. Ultimately all of those expectations have been met.
We purchased a softener and reverse osmosis system from Culligan of Fremont Ohio through Toby Schermer and it was a very satisfactory experience all the way through the final check back.
My wife and I especially like the R.O. system. We are on well water and this system at the kitchen sink is working out perfectly. The water is very good and we no longer use bottled water in the house.
