We've had a water cooler at our salon for 25 years, and we've always had good service. When we call for replacement of our jugs, they are usually there within a week. About a year ago, we called inquiring about options for a bottom load cooler instead of one where we had to lift the jug to the top, as they can be heavy. They were very helpful with helping choose one that would fit our needs,and willing to work with price. When we had a question about our new cooler, he was there to help!

I've had Culligan for more than 20 years and have appreciated your service. But now I'm 87 years old and not in good health. My son moved here from Madison to take care of me and he is very protective. He works at the VA and has problems when he doesn't have enough lead time to get the path to the softener cleaned because the notice of delivery is only a day. He worries that I won't be well enough to handle it and he doesn't have enough time to request time off from work. I have told my older friends that having Gilligan deliver and maintain a softener is a lot easier than having someone 80 years old trying to do it themselves.

I like the product(s), the service, the friendly attitude of my delivery guy Travis, the nice office lady Abby has a wonderful telephone personality and the service oeople who come to change the filter and service my reverse osmosis water system that my son gofted me several years back.
