Many years ago when I would call in there were a lot of problems: no one to answer the phone, no troubleshooting over the phone, long time to get service and on and on.
However about 2-3 years ago that all changed!!! Every time I call in now the customer service is fabulous. I called in a couple of weeks ago and whoever (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) I talked to was very helpful and solved my problem over the phone!! I had different problem this week and talked to Ashton. She also was able to solve my problem over the phone. She was very nice and very helpful!!!!. Your customers may complain about the long wait times to talk to someone BUT being able to possibly solve the problem over the phone is very nice. Not having to pay for a service call is very helpful!!! Good job to Ashton and whoever the woman was that I talked to a couple of weeks ago!!!
tank instlled last week is leaking wil call troy office to have connectionns checked repair and installation men were very efficient

I would have shopped more as there are many more affordable water filtration systems but my impulsive husband called the shot before I could stop him.
Technician Chase's customer service was outstanding! I asked a lot of questions so I would have a good understanding of how my water softener system works, throughout this time Chase was very patient in listening to me and explaining my system in layman's terms making it easy for me to understand.
