I am so happy to have the reverse osmosis water filtering system so that I have safe water to drink and that I don’t have to worry about maintaining it. Culligan is more personal than many businesses. You can actually speak to a real person, without being on hold forever! And the staff are so friendly, helpful, and seem happy to accommodate. They don’t appear to be impatient or frustrated at all with customers questions, etc. also, the service is reliable and good.
