I have had a culligan water dispenser since 2009. I appreciate the drivers bringing in the bottle as I have a bad back and if needed they swap out a bottle for me. Always polite.
We have been on the platinum plan for the last 2 yrs. As only 2 seniors in the home we now have enough salt for many years to come.
We have appreciated the delivery person taking the salt downstairs and checking levels each time. He has also kept us informed of the other "perks" available with the plan.

It is conveniently set up for delivery and the order desk is always available for any calls.
We are always treated with respect when we come to the store . When the fellows deliver the salt for our softener they are careful , and carry the bags down as well as put some in the softener. This is very helpful for us as we cannot carry the salt anymore.

Delivery was on tine. Flexibility to change delivery. Delivery person …Danny….was friendly and helpful..placed bags of salt in garage where I asked. Questions when I called the Belleville office were answered clearly and professionally.
Convenient for delivery over buying and hauling myself plus getting to the basement. I'm 70 and don't do stairs well let alone carrying things.
