Having a Culligan drinking water filtration system in my home has been a game changer for years. The water tastes great, it’s incredibly convenient, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I needed to buy bottled water for the house.
Beyond the convenience, I really appreciate knowing how many disposable plastic bottles we’ve eliminated over the years. Great water right from the tap, less plastic waste, and one less thing to haul home from the store—it’s easily one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my home.
What really sets Culligan apart, though, is the service. The system itself has been great, but having knowledgeable people behind it who take care of the maintenance, change the filters, service the equipment, and make sure everything continues working the way it should is a huge part of the value. When I’ve needed service, they’ve been responsive, professional, and easy to work with.
It’s one of those things in the house that I really don’t have to think about—and that’s probably the best compliment I can give it. Culligan takes care of the system, and we simply get to enjoy great water every day.

Jorden & Chase were terrific installing our RO system. Efficient, competent, knowledgeable, patient in explaining and answering multiple questions my blind partner had about how things worked. They also checked our water softener system and added more salt pellets.
It’s so nice to be able to have drinking water again. I live in an area that the water is very very salty and undrinkable.They came and installed a reverse osmosis unit underneath my sink and I have the little faucet on the top to get the water from. The gentleman that came to install the unit was on time, explained everything to me that was going to happen, show me how to use the faucet and anything underneath the sink that I needed to know, and everything was cleaned up before he left. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I now have the best water around!
When we were due for more salt, the gentleman said we didn’t need more. I told him that’s weird because I noticed rust stains around the places where water is used. He suggested a specialist come out. Specialist was out the same day and found a blockage. He repaired the blockage and our system was repaired!

I love the delivery of salt. I wish when you purchase the equipment, they would still check over the equipment including filters/water. It doesn’t take long and if something needs to be fixed or replaced, it would benefit you.
The hands-off maintenance for the owner. It is nice not having to rely on my husband to service the unit and remember to add salt and change filters. The person that did our installation (Joe) was also very professional and friendly. I have already recommended you guys to several of our friends- one should be calling you within a week!
