The person that came to our house was very efficient, arrived on time and took care of replacing all the filters including the "Big Blue". He also replaced all the batteries needed for the various switches both on top of the counter and under the sink.

We've had a water cooler at our salon for 25 years, and we've always had good service. When we call for replacement of our jugs, they are usually there within a week. About a year ago, we called inquiring about options for a bottom load cooler instead of one where we had to lift the jug to the top, as they can be heavy. They were very helpful with helping choose one that would fit our needs,and willing to work with price. When we had a question about our new cooler, he was there to help!
