Miss Sam & Miss Sophia & the entire staff at CULLIGAN OF OCALA are the standard by which all companies & corporations should be measured.
Tamar & I had an extremely unusual & unpleasant experience with "Liberty Home Water", also located in Ocala, where they basically preyed on us & conned us out of $3,000.
Mr. Scott can tell you all about it &
the moral of that story is: What goes in as cheap, comes out as expensive.
Lesson Learned.
From the first time I chatted with Scott on the phone, I realized the mistake I made with Liberty Home Water & that Culligan was the way to go.
When he came for an "in home estimate", the very next day, he explained everything in the easiest & simplest terms so even I could understand them. haha
He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, polite, respectful, understanding, & most importantly, PATIENT because sometimes I need a little extra.
(but don't we all?)
Tamar & I then agreed that this was what we needed all along & Liberty sold us an inferior "system" that would have required constant & costly upgrades in order to meet our hydration needs.
Then came Mr. William & the install on Wednesday, September 2nd.
He phoned before his arrival, which was a welcome & refreshing change, & explained everything clearly so there would be no misunderstanding.
He worked tirelessly & diligently to install this huge, entire system & ensured everything was operating as intended with no problems, hiccups, or failures.
He walked me through the steps of flushing the pipes in the house & even helped me set up an account after download the app!
He is a genuine asset to your organization!
Everyone made the whole process easier than falling in love & now we know that's what we should expect when dealing with a company who is trying to earn our business.
Tamar & I learned this while we were living in an RV, off-grid (known as boondocking)
in the Arizona desert for the past eight
years before relocating to Florida:
