Great service, friendly staff easy to work with.
They are great at keeping rust lime scale and sand out of our water supply. They also have a reverse osmosis tank for under the sink which i love.
The water softener is great and we enjoy the 5 gallon water dispenser. It is convenient and better for the environment than using plastic bottles. Culligan’s service is on point - they ALWAYS show up as promised and do a efficient and thoughtful job.
Deliveries are on time, water is great quality, delivery guy is amazing and in contact when needed. It was a great choice to go with Culligan water.

Great customer service, always very friendly and good at answering questions. I've never had any issues with deliveries, I moved houses and the delivery to the new house was seamless. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to have water delivery service.
I like that you are able to deliver me water to my home. And that the driver will actually bring it into my apartment for me. As a senior citizen I appreciate that very much. My only concern is I sit home the whole day waiting for you guys because you don’t have a set time it’d be nice to have a window of time. Otherwise everything‘s been great all these years.

For over ten years we’ve been enjoying our water because it is soft and what we call sweet. If I have an issue with the system, and there have been only two, they are resolved quickly, thanks to the knowledgeable people who make it right. We like the service.
