We had service technician Keith, he was great, very helpful, answered all my questions about my current unit and answered my questions about a possible new salt machine I want to get for the house. He tightened up all the screws and fixed my faucet in the kitchen sink. A very pleasant man.

Prompt service and polite delivery personnel.
Always on time, calls before the delivery so that they can put it right in the brine tank. That is a big help.
Love the clean water for drinking and cooking. The difference in before water filters and after is amazing. I used a refrigerator filter and I used a Britta water filter and neither did anything near what Culligan system has done in providing clean, good tasting water.
