Replacement of existing unit was very efficient and timely. We have been using Culligan water softener for many years and are very happy with the results.
A came to our house to fix an issue. Turns out it was a trivial issue that took him about 30 seconds to correct. Now that he showed me how, I can fix future problems myself. Tech was friendly, and didn’t point out how I thought the problem was bigger than it was. No charge for the service call. I was completely satisfied with the service call.
