We worked well with our rep and definitely like the filtration system.
We were a bit disappointed that the installation team had not been told that the rep promised they would take a look at repair of the plug for our water softener, that had just been broken a few days earlier (which event was the original purpose of our call to the prior provider, which was picked up by Culligan). Also disappointed that the service team simply declined to look at the issue and apparently never did as they said they would by discussing all of this with our sales rep.
