I want to start by saying the associate who serviced my system was outstanding—10/10.
That said, I’m disappointed with Culligan’s scheduling process. My service contract has included an annual filter change, which for the last three years was completed in September. This year, no service occurred until I called in February, five months later, after my water tasted awful.
Why is this not automatically scheduled? Do I need to proactively schedule my service NOW for next year?
