Justin came to my house just to make sure softener was working correctly. I recommend him highly bc he was so professional and explained to me the basics of what he was doing and how the water softener works and what i could do to help with longevity of the softener and showed me how to do it. He answered all my question with professionalism and knowledge. I recommend Culligan highly. I have gotten, over the years i been with Culligan, 3 of my neighbors to get your products. Water softener.
The taste of the water is delicious and the set up look is nice and sleek on the sink.

The delivery guy doesn’t pile it up just anywhere. If we have the garage open he always takes it inside to the spot we keep the water and neatly stacks the 14 cases of water each month.
We’ve loved our experience with culligan so far. Matt Church has been incredibly helpful and kind and the process has been very smooth. As new home owners we loved the opportunity to rent our water softener and RO systems to spread out our expenses before purchasing our own. Whenever we’ve had issues, Matt has responded immediately with a solution. And of course, we love the peace of mind knowing we have excellent water. All of my delivery people over 37 years and the ones that come in do the services of my water softener i've had over 40 some years. They are all great. Everybody's time, everybody's very prompt. Everything is great, but I would like to receive an itemized invoice. All I get is a receipt. Not sure how to rectify this. But very happy with Theron and his service!
I appreciate the flexibility of the service. If I choose salt delivery, it's done. I've always been helped getting someone to load my car, etc. I'd like to see if smaller bags were available but until then I have to empty the 40# bags with lots of difficulty.
Our Route Driver Irvin Analco has always been great! He makes sure to check our cooler and will change out the gallon if he see's it is empty. Goes above and beyond for us.
