Installation and maintenance are always done well. IA has a system in each office and they are great to have for clients and staff. The installation at the RL office was done by a really great installer, Mr. Timmers.

Convenience
Automatic maintenance of our softener and R O systems and salt delivery/ fill make our lives a little easier. We are in our 80’s and we certainly appreciate Culligan reliability and convenience.
Person doing scheduling was very helpful and concerned. Technician was quick to recognize the problem and only had to put salt in the salt tank which was completely empty. There was a leak in the pipe system, and once that leak was recognized and the valve shut off the system was fine.
I appreciate the convenience. I also like the product- the water tastes good and you recycle the bottles. Friendly and helpful staff is a plus also.
Mr. Toby and the service tech. Johnathan A. were in a word, superb.
Prompt service, and they were both thorough in their explanations, and were very knowledgeable. The service call was just for a small leak at our inside water filter manifold.
They even took it upon themselves to check the exterior RO system and make adjustments.

System and products work extremely well considering we have a lot of iron in our system. Maintenance sevice provided by Mike Jarvis is outstanding. Knowledgeable answers questions you have efficient and leaves work area spotless. All with a smile.

Fast service, exceptional staff (especially Cory our delivery guy). If we were strainded on a deserted island with only one wish it would be for a jug of Culligan water.
We really like the convenience of renting our softener and having it serviced and filled by Culligan. We have owned our own before and hauling salt is not something that we enjoyed.
Service was great. John was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. He was able to explain the process of replacing future filters in an easy to understand manner.
Advance reminders for delivery.
Reminders on date of delivery that they are on the way.
If i am not present but have empties outside they are replaced equally with filled bottles.
The agent will put the bottles where i store them if possible.
Every delivery person has been nice.
Response quickly and solve problems well

This is Mr. First name removed. I’m calling in reference to the technician Tim that came to service my water softener. I greatly appreciate his work and and what he has pointed out to me about the water softener he’s made adjustments to the system which I think is going to help the problem that that I’ve had I gave him a 10 because his knowledge and his helpfulness was very outstanding. I agree I greatly appreciate him coming here and doing the work and I hope this is good for him because he really has done a good job here thank you very much.
