I find the referral dashboard a bit confusing though. It shows I referred someone ( and I did) and they have their system installed already, but the dashboard says reward issues ( or something like that) Zero. Even though it shows I successfully referred someone and they got the system?? I don’t really get that.
Service is regulated and follow through is wonderful. Quick to respond to questions or concerns. It's great not to worry about salt. I love soft water!

I used to carry all the salt to the basement when I was younger. It’s hard work! Especially when it’s 90 degrees outside. I’m grateful to have it delivered and put into the softener. I don’t think I could do it anymore. I’m getting old.

We were very pleased with the prompt response and in-person visit upon our inquiry about a complete home water conditioning system. After water testing and conversation about an appropriate system for our home, very quick scheduling of installation occurred and it was within three days of our agreement to purchase the system.
Installation was as promised and went very smoothly by a professional with extensive experience. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The whole installation took about two and a half hours, No mess was left after drilling through the wall twice. Caulking was done around the openings.
We couldn't be more pleased thus far.
