Tim is always happy to go above and beyond when he delivers water and picks up the empty ones. One time, when Tim did not deliver the water the service man exchanged our water cooler. The new one is not as nice as the old one. If Tim had delivered water, I don't think he would have done that. It also left us without a water cooler for several days. We appreciate Tim's smiling service.
I called the service desk at Peterborough, On. The receptionist listened. Caroline gave me the information I requested. She went even further to give me a real time update. She listened and actually showed great disposition and friendliness, and great service. Well done!
We needed a new softener and the installer showed up on time and had it all installed in about an hour and a quarter hours. Kevin was very pleasant and personable to work with. Would definitely recommend Culligan to anyone.
