Service is great both for salt and repairs
So far service people has come when needed and fix items that needed fix. Water equipment is working very well.
Jesse was excellent. Told us we had a pressure problem and to call a plumber to have a PRV installed. The plumber just left and fixed the problem. Plumber confirmed the pressure could have caused a lot of problems. So thank you to Jesse for diagnosing and sharing what he found.

I like it when he delivered the bags of salt and carry the bags down the basement to put it in the container. Just recently he didn't come till 430pm. I hate to wait all day for him. I wish we can make the schedule the time I want him to come so I don't have to wait all day.

When I call the belleville office and speak to Chantell you always is very helpful and goes out of her way to answer any questions. When I have been referred to Sara she has been exceptional no problem is to big or to small she offers very good solutions and goes out of her way to make sure you are completly satisfued.
Excellent long standing brand name. I especially appreciate the lease/rent option. The guys who did the install, David and Gerardo, were very nice and professional.
