Also it was fun to (back in the day) got o the building in North City and visit and see how is all done,..we signed up then and there. I have been using Culligan since 1974. For the most part the delivery of the cannisters was fine. Unfortunately they "improved" their billing a few years ago and that turned out to be a huge mess.
