This is Mr. First name removed. I’m calling in reference to the technician Tim that came to service my water softener. I greatly appreciate his work and and what he has pointed out to me about the water softener he’s made adjustments to the system which I think is going to help the problem that that I’ve had I gave him a 10 because his knowledge and his helpfulness was very outstanding. I agree I greatly appreciate him coming here and doing the work and I hope this is good for him because he really has done a good job here thank you very much.
Jesson is AMAZING. He is always so friendly and kind. He brings all of our bottles all the way up the stairs for us and he always does it with a smile on his face. Not sure how he finds time to enjoy his job the way he clearly does in between all the hard work he’s doing but we are so appreciative of his work and his incredibly friendly positive attitude and vibe. Would absolutely recommend a thousand times over!
