You notify me before you deliver the salt. In the Winter, I can have the sidewalk cleared and make sure the door is unlocked. Also you deliver the bags to my basement and put the salt into the machine.
The cooler we use is easy to load up and does not make us pick up a heavy bottle of water. The ease of using the bottom load is wonderful

The only concern we have had is that there is a "blue stain" on our shower and tub since we started using Culligan. The manager came out and looked and said nothing could be done to the system to correct that problem. With our previous system we did not have this issue but it was 20 years old and we needed to change equipment.
We don't have to haul salt into our basement and it's nice to have the softener checked. The delivery guy is always friendly and respectful.

Quality products and service
We don't always use a lot of salt. I appreciate that we can cancel delivery up until the business day before. Delivery driver is very courteous.
I do love the convenience and the only reason I was willing to pay significantly more than I do at the grocery store to get salt delivery was so he could carry it into my basement and put it into the softener for me since I am a single senior female and it's heavy. He did not knock (I was home, have a dog that didn't bark) and left it on my front doorstep so I had to do it all by myself. I will from now on just buy my salt from the grocery store.
