Our well water supply has heavy iron. The Culligan equipment I bought in 2006 (big blue whole house filter, Super S iron filter and Gold Series softener (when functioning properly)) handles the iron issue. I elected to be on the monthly Privilege Program in 2011 which includes my salt for the softener and when there has ever been an issue, the service, parts and labor are included. We have been a customer for 20 years. There have been ups and downs over these 20 years but we feel the current team in place in Dayton is the best we've dealt with in all our years being a customer. Most recently, the technician Jesse and the customer service rep, Chelsea were outstanding to work with - professional and kind and conscientious about the job they perform.
We were very impressed with Tyler,he explained every step of what was wrong and what to do. We were not impressed with the last two visits before that, it was not Tyler.
Eli did a great job installing and explaining how to operate the system. Todd was very informative and addressed all our questions and concerns with our water.
Our water delivery guy always insures we have all the product we need. Very reliable!
Zeke was very professional and respectful when he was here for service.
