We like the water produced by our Culligan R/O system. We've been using the AC-30 Good Water system since 1997 and are as pleased with the quality of the water it produces as we were 39 years ago.
Michael Freeman was our installer, and he did a good job installing the two system as well as answering all of our questions.

We’ve had service from Culligan for years. Laura and service accounts is always eager to help, they get somebody out right away. Everyone of the technicians that have always come to our house or professional, knowledgeable, personable. They take their jobs very seriously. We have never had one problem and all the years that we’ve serviced with them, we just had our pressure tank replaced and we chose them because we trust them. We have been running from them for years for a water softener. We look forward to having them take care of our needs in the future.

We were not home but moe show up and fixed our problems with the softener that is not doing regen ..he solved the problem 👍

Josh Rivera was my service technician today and not only did he provided very detailed and conscientious servicing of my system, but he instructed me in so many details about which I had no idea. When I return to upstate New York in May for the summer, I’m going to call my Culligan Service Department to schedule and do a thorough check on our current system which we’ve had there for more than 20 years.
Dennis was very professional and answered all the questions i had regarding the service! Great person!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Trisha Harp from Culligan of Ontario, California this morning, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Trisha was exceptional from start to finish—she took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say and made sure I felt heard and understood.
Her kindness and genuine friendliness immediately stood out. She handled everything with professionalism and patience, while also being incredibly warm and personable. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but truly sets the standard for what top-tier customer service should look like.
Trisha raised the bar. Experiences like this remind you how impactful great service can be, and Culligan is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. We need more people like Trisha in customer service.

I'm writing specifically about the service I have rec'd for my RO system. I had a filter re-placed last year, and the tech was efficient, friendly and clean. I had my filtered replaced today by Alfonso and his service is what prompted me to write this review. Again, as with the previous Tech, Alfonso was friendly, polite and efficient. He gave me clear instructions on how to follow up once he left, and explained why I needed to wait until a specific time, to run the water and drink it. When I accidentally spilled my dog's water bowl, which was near my sink where he had just finished up, he quickly offered a towel to keep the water from making a bigger mess. On his way out, he noticed a big box on my porch (which contained 40 lbs of dog food). He asked if he could help and bring it inside for me. The box was actually waiting for UPS pick up from my porch, but I am a senior and the mere offer to help me was very thoughtful and kind!! It's the small gestures that made me really appreciate the service Alfonso provided. Renting the RO equipment isn't very cost-effective, but I've been very happy with Culligan and I love the taste of my RO water!!
