Service has been great. Technician was always on time and polite.

The issue I have now is my Salt water system which I purchased with Wi-Fi is no longer functioning. An email from Culligan indicated the App was no longer available at the beginning of 2026.

I used this remote control feature weekly to by-pass the softener to enable water house plants. Now I must go into basement and manually By-Pass it.

I also used it to monitor water usage when I was away for vacation to note any leaking conditions which might cause problems.

Discontinuing this App is very disappointing!

The tech Josh Rivera was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable and he’d came with what was needed to do the job.
The filter system flowed much better and faster than before. The loud vibration noise was finally gone.
