I think the monthly tank swap works for this family. I have only had one issue where the scheduled tank was bad and SWWC came out the next day to swap it out. They also repaired the shut off valve to the tank at that time. However... I have two problems that can't seem to be repaired. One is the delivery time. When I first signed up for the service the delivery time was always early in the day. I could plan my schedule around that. Now I have to wait ...sometimes all day for the driver to show up. Second is that the shut off valve to the tank has been repaired three or four times. The valve itself is warped and the sealing rings inside will not last more then a few months. Then the water to the house has to be shut off to service the tank and once again repair the valve.
My daughters family is moving into the house . Her husband stated that he did not think they would keep culligan water and that they could drink tap water like they do in Wichita. we were working outside in the heat , after we got in the house he had a big glass of water and told his wife that the water was much better than theirs at home. I think it only took 1 glass of water to change his mind about keeping Culligan water.
