Amazing customer service and delivery
We had two men come to check our Culligan O/S water system this morning. We were having cloudy water for about one month in a new system. The past two days the water turned out nice and clear and tasted good. We want to thank, Robb Schlick and Sean Siddons for helping us have great water again..

Was very professional in explaining my new system to me and was very clean and left project cleaner than when he started. Highly recommend him
Where I live in the country, we sometimes have brown water. Although the units don't clean it up 100%, they do a great job of filtering without resorting to large home filters that need constant replacement. Our service is scheduled every 4 weeks, and it has been 98% accurate and on time.
Clean good water! Moe my technician was excellent at walking me through issues and what possible solutions exist. Would recommend Moe as a Culligan technician to anyone.

A good service! Maintenance man Will is wonderful! I wasn’t impressed with Easton the salt delivery guy, he tossed the bags in my entryway and left and said the basement was blocked, there was a wicker chair sitting there. Had to pay the up charge for the salt and put it in myself because he couldn’t move a wicker chair. I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t pay double for each bag because I wanted the convenience of not having to do it myself.

I’m very sorry to hear that your recent salt delivery experience was less than satisfactory. I’d like to clarify that we have tiered pricing on salt, and there is no charge for delivery. Our policy does require a clear path to the water softener. This is in place to help prevent injuries and to avoid handling customers’ personal items.
That said, I understand how frustrating that situation must have been. To help make this right, I’ve applied a credit of $2 per bag for all 6 bags to your account for the inconvenience. I’ve also sent a separate email showing the credit details for your records. As long as there is a clear path to the softener, this should not be an issue moving forward.
