Quick to respond and set time to perform a free home estimate. Provided a suggestion for the home but also provided a higher functioning product. I settled on their suggestion for the home.
It was a day or two after the estimate that a time was set up for the install and the installers were here at the start of their estimated window to begin. Install went well and quick and asked for my opinion about the location as opposed to where my old unit was.
The piping change looked real good and I was very pleased.

Service is very important to us for several reasons, most important we are elderly and can not carry heavy bags of salt up and down stairs, second the price charged is very reasonable and third we are billed online and pay online saving us the frustration of the U.S. Mail which delivery is unpredictable and takes a week to get mail to neighboring towns. They set up delivery according to our schedule and they are on-time. Best service you'll find anywhere.
