The people in the office and the service personnel have been friendly, kind, and courteous. The service personnel have been neat and respectful of my house when they deliver salt and service the softener.
When I've had to reschedule my delivery date, the office personnel have been understanding and helpful in finding a date that works for us all.
They work, and if something is wrong, they will come out and fix it.

After struggling with hard water stains and a weird metallic taste, I installed a combined softener and RO system. The Water Softener immediately cleared up the scale on our showerheads, and our skin feels much less dry. Sales was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. After sales was also responsive to questions.
Will was efficient and knowledgeable about the water softener and water purifier. Explained how to use both well. Although he did not have the tool to drill a hole in the quartz sink, he said we can call and have it done later by cullingan. Will is a excellent representative for Culligan water company
