Delivery went smoothly. Driver, Clint, was professional and a delight to talk to. He explained how the system works (something the installer should have done). He also explained how to check for salt and when to call if we are in need sooner than the scheduled time. Since we are new and this was our first salt delivery, the information he provided was extremely helpful.
Prior to this delivery, I had called into the office twice with questions and the person who answered the phone was polite and got me the information I needed.

We love having our soft water filter. It improves our laundry, dishes, and showers. There’s no more calcium build up on drains or faucets. Keeping up with adding softener is easy with the service on a schedule. The technicians are always friendly and professional.
