The young man who came to fix the water softener had serviced it about a year ago and he was familiar with the situation. He explained the best way to make sure I didn’t have problems again was to get a new battery. So he installed a new battery and did all things that needed to be done so the softener would work correctly. He was pleasant and friendly and I trust that everything will work well. I would be happy to recommend Shane as a reliable and efficient member of the Culligan team.

I received a call from Ms. Mia this morning and for now my complains about the service from Culligan were solved. The only service call every 3 months makes me wonder if my small unit will have enough salt for 3 months or not. How much money will this change safe me if this will work? I am always in for saving money.

always timely in responding. Organized office staff. Courteous and helpful service staff. Our well water is much improved with the system Culligan installed.
We enjoy the fresh, clean water out of our faucet every day. Knowing it is removing the contaminants from our water. We also have a water softener and it is a blessing to have for showers and baths. We can feel the difference every time we get out of the shower.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to make the appointment. Service technician called first thing in the AM to let me know timeframe. Great service.
For the health aspect, the drinking water from the RO is so much better than buying bottle water, that has sat in warehouses and on delivery trucks getting hot. Do we really know how hot and what chemicals tech into the water after being so hot!!
Our bath water makes our skin feel so clean and haven't noticed any orders from the water.
