We enjoy the fresh, clean water out of our faucet every day. Knowing it is removing the contaminants from our water. We also have a water softener and it is a blessing to have for showers and baths. We can feel the difference every time we get out of the shower.

For the health aspect, the drinking water from the RO is so much better than buying bottle water, that has sat in warehouses and on delivery trucks getting hot. Do we really know how hot and what chemicals tech into the water after being so hot!!
Our bath water makes our skin feel so clean and haven't noticed any orders from the water.

Convenience. Water softener is in the basement having many stairs. Your delivery driver carried all the bags downstairs. Which are too heavy for me.
Delivery driver is very helpful. He always puts the bottles away in storage room. Puts bottles on the cooler when applicable. Friendly. He calls when he is about 15 minutes away. The office sent me a schedule so I will know when water is being delivered. My bill is emailed to me with due date so I know when payment is due. Very happy with the service. Thanks

Your products are competitively priced and are good quality (water and dispenser). You do what you say you are going to do (delivery times and billing), your bills are clear and accurate. What more can you ask for from a company??
I received a call from Ms. Mia this morning and for now my complains about the service from Culligan were solved. The only service call every 3 months makes me wonder if my small unit will have enough salt for 3 months or not. How much money will this change safe me if this will work? I am always in for saving money.
