The people I speak to is very professional. The service is excellent the taste of the water it’s good it’s clean it taste pure. The drivers are very respectful. The delivery instruction it always follow to the letter. I am a senior citizen that live on the second floor, I explained this one time in the beginning, and I never had to carry that 5 gallon water jug up the stairs They always bring it to my door no matter if I have one or three I get the same good service all the time. I am grateful for the service that I get because I did call other companies prior to this one.
Always easy to contact Culligan when I need to change my order. No issues with delivery and or product. Nice to have it all delivered to my door.
The delivery system works very well, and you can pause it for a period of time and then start right back. You can also call and change the number of bottles you need per month. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant.
