I like the way the water softens
True to their claim about the goodness of their product and services. Field service people or technician are awesome, they make sure everything is done right the first time. I wish I could say the same thing to the office people in Covina, California they are good people too but they could be more welcoming and greet you with a smile. One instance, I came to buy 2 bags of salt, I was overcharged by few dollars, then got charged again for the same amount for the same transaction. The second time I stop by to buy 10 bags of salt again, after I paid and got my receipt, I asked if I can drive (as usual) to the back, she said yes. After waiting in the back for like 10 minutes I asked the guy working on equipment if he can load my salt, he said “they (front office) did not notify him. So twice I came to do business and twice I was not happy the way the office people handled my transaction.

I have used Culligan services for over 40 years. I never have had a problem with the products. The soft water has made bathing and laundry easy on the skin and fabrics. The soft water faucet on my sink has made cooking and drinking water healthy and enjoyable. I don't buy bottled water, which saves money and energy.
