The softener works great. Never had an issue.
I was seriously behind on what was available, so was happy to learn I could rid myself of a 35+-yr-old softener that barely functioned and rent one instead. Was glad, too, to deal with the same Culligan location that my family had used for years--Zanesville.

My husband called you guys to check our water. We did the second test and found out we had arsenic in it. So we ordered a reverse osmosis system. There was a backorder on resin and you gave us a free water system to have water, and took a couple months off our bill. I was told by others that your company is more expensive and we should shop around, but I am so glad my husband chose you. We were very happy with the set up and the man who came to install was very friendly and explained everything perfectly to me; who has no knowledge of septic/water. Thank you so much!
