The water softener system and RO systems both work great, just a few issues in the past but they were resolved since we pay for the premier plan.

Services very professional
I like the fact I get a call or msg letting me know I have a delivery of salt coming. Then the very couteous Culligan representative brings in the Salt and fills my softener. I have issues with stairs and our softener is in our basement. I love our soft water as well as Culligans great service.
