I like that they are 5 gallon bottles instead of all the plastic in single use bottles.
Delivery is a big plus, since I can't lift much. The water is completely tasteless, which is what I want. I even use it to make my own ice because ice from the house water tastes bad and makes the drink bad when the ice starts melting.

Since installing the Culligan system the amount of calcium build-up around our faucets has diminished significantly. Our shower heads are now operating full blast without clogging.
