Excellent service
Culligan consistently delivers excellent service—they’re dependable and truly focused on their customers. Recently, we had a water delivery scheduled, but the driver, Miles, couldn’t access our community because the gate was broken. Eva from the office called to explain the situation, and I told her it was fine to skip this delivery. She was concerned since our next one wasn’t for another month.
A few minutes later, she called back to say that Miles had stayed nearby until he could get in and complete the delivery. That level of dedication really stood out. Eva and Miles both went above and beyond and deserve recognition for it. Thank you, Culligan!
