The soft water
I was looking for good, clean spring water and reached out to a few companies. David from Culligan was the only one who actually called and followed up on my inquiry, which made the decision easy.
The water is great, and the communication has been just as good—hard to ask for more than that.
I will say, the cooler is a bit noisier than I’d like. I was hoping to switch to one with hot water, but the noise makes that a tough call. That said, the water and service are solid, and I can work around it.

Our family has used Orangeville Culligan ever since we moved to Orangeville in 2000. The staff have always been wonderful to deal with and have continuously provided great service. Cathy at the front desk is so friendly and pleasant, she remembers everyone and makes even a quick water refill a joyful experience.

Reliability is good. Product is also good. Delivery people like Kevin and Bud are excellent and go the extra mile in loosening the bottle tops and arranging them so it’s easier for we older folks to reload. Plus we now finally have a cooler that doesn’t drip! Don’t know how it happened but we’re not parting with this cooler 😊
Water is great tasting and we love the convenience of having it delivered when it’s expected, and the prices.
We have 5 gallon bottles of Spring Water delivered to our door. The water tastes good and delivery is on time and punctual. Most water delivery companies can provide you with this.
What sets Culligan apart are their delivery people. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. I am a disabled veteran and never have to ask or remind the drivers what needs to be done. They take this task as just part of their day. Culligan Employees are special and I would never switch.
