Deliveries are great. Drivers are helpful and cordial. I missed a delivery when I first signed up. I called and within hours a delivery showed up. I was impressed! Also it is easy to cancell a delivery if you don't need it. Easy to deal with great service and great soft water.
It's been a total of 8 years at 2 residences. I've always had courteous experiences with sales staff, with technicians and office staff. I have appreciated all I've worked with in every aspect.
