We are happy that we can call Culligan and know that our issues will be addressed in a reasonable amount of time;. In our experiences, the technicians have been courteous, well trained, and friendly.
It has significantly reduced calcium deposits. I’m also happy with the delivery service. The receptionist has helped me twice in getting a delivery time that works for me and even called the day before delivery to nail down the approximate time. The delivery person was friendly and professional and filled the tank with the heavy bags that I can’t lift.
