The Culligan service man persevered until the problem was fixed. He was back here 3 times but continued to try different pieces on our water softener. You don’t get that kind of service often. We appreciated that so much.

So far it seems to be working well and I can definitely tell a difference in my water. The taste is a far cry from what it was since I had very hard water. I'd recommend getting a water softener if your water was anything like mine!!
