We called Culligan to change our filter since it had been 2 years since the last change for our office water machine. The rep came out and didn't have the right filter but he did the best he could to get us the correct filter as soon as possible. He called with an update while he was trying to source the correct filter which we appreciated. He did a great job and was very helpful.

Culligan has made tremendous improvements with their delivery of my soft water tanks. I have been given the delivery dates for the entire year and their service providers have followed the schedule perfectly. It has made delivery days far more convenient so I can be sure that my dog is not going to disturb the drivers.
