Really great customer service. I have the water softener and scheduled salt delivery to make things easy. The RO system is a must have where I live and I enjoy the technicians who make sure everything works as it should.
We've used Hall's Culligan since 1988 when we moved into this home in Derby, KS. During that time we've only need to have the softener replaced once.... and need two service calls... both of which were completed the next day. Very satisfied with the service.

My delivery guy is absolutely the best. He is timely, polite, efficient and friendly. He has to carry those heavy bags of salt down steps and all the way across the basement in a ranch home. The salt is also very effective.
It is convenient. The delivery guys are nice and polite and it’s much easier for me to get the product delivered to my door then trying to go to the store and get it.
