I have salt delivery which is great. Very reliable and always about the same time for each delivery which helps me to plan to be there. Just had a service call and Josh was very knowledgable and hopefully got the softner fixed—-will find out when regenerates tonight.

Service is prompt and courteous. After 30 years of using the same water softener unit it had to be replaced. I believe that not too many mechanical unit works for so long without a problem. I highly recommend Culligan.
