I bought my water softener system in 2019 so I wasn’t sure if I could get service but I did. I had a problem with a hose that disconnected somehow and was flooding my basement during regeneration. The Culligan service person gave me a tip on how to handle this unlikely situation if it should ever happen again.

Quality of the product
It is convenient. The delivery guys are nice and polite and it’s much easier for me to get the product delivered to my door then trying to go to the store and get it.

Really great customer service. I have the water softener and scheduled salt delivery to make things easy. The RO system is a must have where I live and I enjoy the technicians who make sure everything works as it should.
We've used Hall's Culligan since 1988 when we moved into this home in Derby, KS. During that time we've only need to have the softener replaced once.... and need two service calls... both of which were completed the next day. Very satisfied with the service.
