The winter of 2026 was so cold that when we returned from four months in Florida, we had multiple frozen pipes even though all of the pipes were blown out by a licensed plumber before we left. The Culligan water system also suffered cracks from the cold temperatures. The same licensed plumber spent about 7 hours repairing water pipes in the basement but he was not a Culligan technician. Culligan in Salisbury, MD sent out their technician, Mike Butler, who spent about one hour fixing the Culligan water system. He was an extremely well trained who was able to diagnose exactly what was broken and knew how to fix it. He was, indeed, a professional and extremely courteous. His truck had all of the items he needed. He was the best technician that could have been sent to us and I recognized that immediately. Thank you Salisbury Culligan!
