I love my Reverse Osmosis water filter. It works great, it is easy to use and the water quality is excellent. The technicians that come to service the unit have always been friendly professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with this system.

I have been a Culligan of Wilmington customer since 1998. I feel like I have had the same delivery guy for many years. His name is Jeremy and he is Awesome! Even my dog likes him and she doesn't like many people.
Customer service has also been consistently great. I get emails if my delivery date is going to change. I am also able to login and pay my bill online.
My husband had triple bypass heart surgery a couple of years ago. Our delivery guy, Jeremy brings all our water in (at least 10 bottles) and puts them on our storage rack, so my husband doesn't have to lift them.

There has been a Culligan system in this house since around 1996. So about 30 years.
We rent so the service is reliable, the rates are reasonable, and the water is drinkable. What's not to like!
