Since we started using Culligan for water softening and 5 gallon water delivery 4 years ago, we have been very pleased with their service. Those making the deliveries are always professional and helpful, and if we have needed to call the office - they have been great as well.
We like the salt delivery service. The schedule is set up well in advance so we can mark it on our calendars for the year.
When we have a concern, there is usually someone available to answer our questions. For the most part, the equipment has been trouble free, giving us peac of mind.

Culligan's customer service is actually top of the line. Real people, real answers, real results, real easy. The yearly maintenance is on auto pay and the service technicians are honest, professional, knowledgeable and orderly, no messes left behind. My R.O. has never failed or caused me any concerns or worries. My unit is about 29 years old. I couldn't live healthy without it!

We have been residential customers for 5-years. We called Chelsea to schedule an appointment because our chlorinator had suddenly ceased to function and we were concerned about the quality of our water. She said she would check with the Service folks and get back to us. She called back, as promised, and had secured us a technician visit the next morning. That’s Super Customer Service. The next morning Lucas arrived and had us up and running in no time! A huge shoutout to Chelsea, Lucas, and the Culligan employees that have helped us in the past.
