Everyone was great. From the first meeting to explain the product to the follow-up after the product was installed. We really love our new RO system and water softener.
The most impressive part about this whole experience was Chad and his team. During installation there was a slight issue and Chad and his team went above and beyond to correct the situation.

Service is excellent from Top down! No complaints on my end as the team from management to the technician Devin did a fantastic job completing the task in hand. Rebed both tanks and Devin changed out some wore out pistons within a week and reinstalled less than what they said ....moving the needle quickly and swiftly to make sure we are getting soft water back on line! Excellent job! Very happy!

He is an asset to the company and went out as far as checking our salt level which was low and assisted adding bags of salt in the tank for us.
