Soft water is needed for this area and Halls does a good job.
I love that I get texts or emails reminding me of the delivery date. If I don't need it that month I can reply and have them skip it. Great customer service. One thing that does aggravate me is the timing of the billing. I have it automatically taken from my account, which is very convenient, but its always a month behind, and I don't know what to subtract and plan for. So my delivery this month, I won't receive the bill until June, buy then I forgot to subtract it. I would love to get the text or email of the invoice within the same month of delivery.

I like that I don’t have to waste money on water bottles nor waste energy carrying them to and from my vehicle. Having a water dispenser and having water brought directly to my home is so convenient it’s worth every penny.

Just under a year ago, Chris listened to my needs and designed appropriate modifications to my RO system. He had Jake with him and Jake did a wonderful job with the installation. He was professional and left everything neat and clean. Just shy of one year the pressure fluctuated. Culligan sent someone who reset the tanks and things were fine until another issue presented where we had water dribbling. Another technician was sent in a timely fashion and replaced the broken part. However the pressure was still low for the RO. Today we got lucky and Jake was sent to do the annual filter replacements but also problem solved the issues and replaced one of the tanks. He confirmed that something with the tank didn’t seem right. Moving forward, I will request Jake. He understands the system and listened to our concerns; ultimately advocating for our needs. Thank you!

I prefer soft water for washing clothes and showers. I love the R O drinking water from my home supply as well !!!!!!
