Everyone I have dealt with is polite and professional. Spencer is very courteous when delivering our product, getting the account set up with Vickie was easy and efficient. They are courteous of our hours and time and the product has been great. We have not had any issues with the water cooler and the replacement jugs are always delivered when expected.
